Feb 4 - What is the most challenging part of working in a group? Discuss a time when a group assignment did not go as well as you planned and how you learned from that experience.

Response: The most challenging part of working in a group is getting everybody to participate. I've been fortunate enough to work with people that I enjoy and know are hard workers, but there have been times where my group members won't contribute to anything at all. In those times, I usually am the one to pick up most of the work because I'm not sure if my group members will be able to produce a good project. I learned from these experiences that sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands to get things done right.

Summary: Today, we worked on our Interactive Oral.

Reflection: When doing a group project, every member must contribute equally. If someone isn't doing their part, then don't panic. It's okay to pick up some extra work so you can get your project finished.
